The Academy Program is available for all (9U-10U) 8-9 year old players who want to bridge their individual development from Junior Academy to Elite/Premier soccer.

The Academy offers a high level of training by licensed, experienced coaches with a focus on player development. Our emphasis is on individual confidence with the ball, technical development, and placing the kids in a competitive environment to expose them to all the components of the game. We introduce these concepts through a set curriculum. The skills are taught through the use of small group training sessions and small sided games/going to goal.  Both training environments are essential for more touches on the ball and promoting problem solving in game situations. The coaches are here to keep your child's soccer experience fun, enjoyable and help foster a desire to play. From there, it will instill a love of the game. This love of the game is what keeps players playing for a lifetime.

Highlights:

-The program will run from August to May with two distinct seasons (fall and spring).
-Winter training/games programing will be added so that players can continue to play during December and January.
-Two locations: Monday (Morningside)/Wednesday (Tom Brown Park) & Tuesday/Thursday (Meadows Soccer Complex).
-Optional 3rd night of training/games for 8-10 weeks during the fall and spring seasons.
-Teams will be set for participation in the in-town leagues.
-Players will continue to have the option to play in out-of-town play dates and tournaments based on invitation to do so, travel will be minimized. These teams will have the opportunity to train/play together prior to playing in the additional events.

When players graduate from the Academy Program they are prepared to play competitive soccer on one of our Elite or Premier Teams.
