As the 2020-21 soccer year comes to a close next week, the coaches and staff would like to thank each and every family for their incredible support.

Our club has made great strides in recent years and is emerging from the current COVID-19 Pandemic primed for unprecedented success on and off the field. As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit soccer organization, all of our resources are put back into the club for the betterment of soccer in our community. This is the reason we are able to offer free programming and scholarships for those in need and professional coaches and staff for all of our programs.

Soccer in Tallahassee has seen some recent on field success, but we still have much work to do. The uniqueness of Tallahassee’s population and location presents challenges we must overcome. However, if we plan, allocate the correct resources and provide leadership, we can and will provide opportunities for ALL players to excel.

As part of the largest club in Florida, we can offer our Tallahassee based players the chance to play with and against children of similar ability. Many of our players have the opportunity to play at the highest levels of youth soccer in the US with Jacksonville ECNL teams and this year for the first time in the history of Tallahassee soccer we received an invite to join the National Premier League (NPL). This is an amazing opportunity for soccer in our community and something that we must be proud of achieving, however the real hard work now begins!

We feel strongly that we are the best soccer club in town with undoubtedly the strongest coaching staff. Our staff and club will continue to push our teams to play in events with a high level of competition as we feel that our teams and players benefit significantly from better competition. We realize that this may mean that we do not always win, however, playing to win and investing in the process required to do so is the experience we seek to provide each player. Our intention is to help prepare them for life, as we believe every Florida Elite Tallahassee player, no matter their soccer ability, is a future leader.

As we continue to grow, it is important that everyone knows what we are trying to achieve. We require continuous feedback from the players and parents on what has or has not worked during this year. Based on feedback and so that we can continue to move forward as a club, we are adding a dedicated Communications Director. This person will be responsible for ensuring that each player and family receives timely correspondence from the club which is an area that we feel we must continue to improve upon.
